Seale-Hayne
Agricultural College,
a once thriving academic
institution, was closed in
2005 as part of the
restructuring of the
University of Plymouth.
Since that time,
the University has
offered the green field
site to developers
but their planning
applications were twice
refused by Teignbridge
District Council.
The site is now up for
sale as a closed bid
through commercial
property agents GVA
Grimley of Bristol.
The second stage of the
bidding process will
conclude on
14 March, 2008.
